In using our Online Services - E-Commerce Services, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 and have legal capacity to contract in Canada. If you are using a credit card, you represent and warrant that the credit card is issued in your name and that you shall pay to the credit card issuer all charges incurred through the use of our Online Services - E-Commerce Services.   Stony Plain Registries will process the search request as stated. It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you send regarding your request is complete and accurate in every respect.  We are not responsible for inaccurate search request information, and you will be charged for your search regardless if any information is found or not.  If you are not sure of what you want or need to provide, please call our office during business hours.

All search requests will be completed in a timely manner during regular business hours as stated on our website.

Our E-commerce email requests are processed through Hushmail which is a secure email service.

The data in our forms is sent encrypted through Hush Secure Forms using the OpenPGP standard. This method of encryption ensures that the message can not be read in its encrypted form while it travels from this website to the secure servers at Hush Communications. Any resulting email correspondence will be done through spreg@telus.net which is not secure, so will not contain any credit card information.
